compact stay with issues
poor air conditioning infrequent housekeeping
i will say the staff seemed helpful when i needed something.
the room was just tiny. i nearly tripped over my suitcase trying to get to the bed and the air conditioning barely worked, and it was really hot. plus, housekeeping only comes every other day and i had to ask for new towels.

the location was excellent for my work I finished late and had an early start my workplace was very close
the room was small there was not enough space for my luggage the television was poor I missed subtitles it stressed me I want compensation cleaning wasn't thorough

a decent stay
convenient location modern building faulty air conditioning infrequent cleaning
the location proved quite convenient. i liked the modern building and found the facilities adequate for my needs.
The air conditioning didn't function properly. consequently, the room felt uncomfortably hot . additionally, the room cleaning only happened every two days. That meant i often had to replenish supplies from a basket left in the hallway.

compact, clean, central
convenient location modern shower bright entrance
i found the location convenient, very close to many transport links. the room i had included a modern shower that provided a strong stream of hot water. the cafe-like entrance was cute and bright, i found it a nice space to relax for a while.
the air conditioning was rather noisy, difficult to sleep soundly. i could hear every time it kicked on and off throughout the night, this impacted my rest and overall experience.

the hotel's proximity to the tube station is AMAZING!!! there are many bus routes nearby, so traveling around the city was easy. numerous shops and restaurants in the area added convenience to my visit.

a cheese and wine night occurs in the lobby for hotel guests, i think it is a nice touch. there are multiple dining options within a short walk of the building. nearby supermarkets make it easy to get snacks.

the hotel provided complimentary prosecco and swan towels in the room upon my arrival, it was a pleasant surprise. the shower delivered consistently hot water, which i appreciated. a hairdryer was included, it was a useful amenity.

friendly staff blackout blinds
the staff were very helpful and friendly i had a comfortable bed and blackout blinds i also used the strong wifi for work.
i found an ant problem in my room i stayed on the basement floor they offered a small refund since they were fully booked it was a shame i had ants crawling on me all night.
